B2B Sales Representative – Professional Services

Upchurch is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth for our professional, scientific, and technical consulting services. In this client-facing role, you will identify and qualify prospects, manage the full sales cycle, and build long-term relationships across diverse industries. You will collaborate closely with consulting and technical teams to shape tailored solutions, develop proposals, and close strategic engagements. This position offers exposure to complex client challenges, mentorship from experienced professionals, and clear opportunities for advancement in a collaborative, high-performance culture. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools. Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and RFP responses. Collaborate with consulting and technical teams to scope client solutions. Build and nurture long-term client and partner relationships. Track sales metrics, forecast revenue, and report on pipeline health. Represent Upchurch at industry events and networking opportunities.
