Project Manager

Role: Facilities Maintenance Technician within Novo Nordisk's Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEx) responsible for maintaining and servicing aseptic production facilities and associated infrastructure. Objectives include ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective facility operations to support global aseptic filling capacity expansion projects. Responsibilities executing building repairs managing maintenance contracts maintaining physical condition of facilities supporting shipping and waste management tasks participating in safety and emergency response teams Qualifications Associate's Degree in engineering, business, or planning preferred minimum of 7 years experience in facilities maintenance or related field building maintenance knowledge and familiarity with security systems and OSHA regulations are advantageous Skills strong communication ability to develop action plans proficiency with Microsoft Office Preferred experience pharmaceutical manufacturing GMP environments with cold/cleanroom facilities Additional requirements valid driver's license physical ability to handle equipment up to 33 pounds work in various environmental conditions potentially operate powered industrial trucks High-value details: focus on aseptic, solid dosage manufacturing expansion, with a global site collaboration approach.
