Key Requirements:
10+ years of commercial Building Automation (BAS) industry experience with a proven track record of sales success. Previous leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams. Strong knowledge of BAS project sales, estimating, pipeline management, and CRM tools. Ability to build long-term client relationships and identify new business opportunities across commercial markets. Strong financial acumen, strategic sales mindset, and experience leading complex solution-based sales cycles.
