Position Details Full-time, Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)
Involved in 1 of 2 call pools that is covered by 12 other physicians in each pool.
80% outpatient 20% inpatient
Team includes 4 urologists and 4 APPs
Minimum Qualifications:
MD/DO
Board eligible or board certified in urology
Indiana medical licensure or willingness to obtain

2-year guaranteed base salary then move to wRVU model
