Marketing Communications Specialist

Responsibilities: Represent client brands at promotional and marketing events Communicate campaign information clearly and professionally Engage with customers and answer questions about products, services, and promotions Support customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives Assist with event setup, campaign execution, and customer engagement Work closely with the marketing team to achieve campaign goals Provide feedback on customer responses and campaign performance Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude Ability to work effectively in a team environment Interest in marketing, communications, customer service, or sales Retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is a plus No previous marketing experience required — full training is provided
