Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to support a small physician practice in Huntersville, NC. This person will support patient intake, clinical documentation, blood draws, lab processing, medication updates, scheduling, and general clinical operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently and provide excellent patient care.
Day-to-Day:
Patient intake and rooming Document patient information in Epic Update medications and allergies Perform blood draws, around 3-4/day Prepare and process lab specimens Assist with prescription refills, scheduling, and referrals Maintain exam/lab rooms and supplies
