Junior Recruiter
Recruiter Position We are looking for a recruiter for our international team! If you are organized, love working with people and large amounts of information — you are welcome to join us. What we need from you: English level not lower than B2, as most projects are focused on foreign clients. Any other foreign language will be a plus. Perfect PC skills. High level of self-organization and ability to manage your time correctly. Creativity, desire to develop and ability to work for results. Attention to detail.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing the full recruitment cycle.
- Actively searching for experienced candidates on various platforms, including job boards and social networks.
- Communicating with candidates, solving current organizational problems.
- Processing large amounts of information.
