Remote Mission-Critical Outage Response Specialist

NexGen Data Systems is seeking a Mission-Critical Outage Support Specialist to provide rapid 24x7x365 response, coordination, root-cause support, and status reporting for critical outages affecting DoD enterprise infrastructure. The role requires on-call availability, DoD Secret clearance, and experience with outage war rooms, incident management, and ServiceNow documentation. This is a fully remote position with Columbus as a remote work location.
