Resident Care Specialist

Menlo Park Post Acute is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in our Portland facility. You will follow individualized care plans, identify residents before procedures, and ensure accurate documentation of observations and care activities. The role emphasizes compassionate patient interaction, adherence to privacy policies, and timely reporting of changes in resident conditions to supervisors. CPR is preferred to enhance readiness for emergencies.
