Nurse Practitioner - NP / Healthcare Provider

Your Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, recommend diagnostic testing, and create tailored care strategies Diagnose and manage acute, episodic, or chronic health issues either independently or in partnership with physicians Guide patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions Prescribe medications and treatments within your established legal framework Engage in patient follow-up and management of ongoing health concerns Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, patient-focused care Meticulously document patient interactions within an electronic medical record (EMR) system

Educational Qualifications: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
