What You’ll Do:
Lead, coach, and develop a district sales team across the Midwest Drive execution of new product launches Partner with national leadership to exceed district performance goals Build a culture of accountability, performance, and compliance Achieve consistent national rankings and award-level performance What We’re Looking For 2+ years of pharmaceutical field sales management experience (required)Proven success leading teams through new product launches Documented history of strong district performance and national rankings Experience in ophthalmology or specialty pharma strongly preferred Ability to travel throughout the district as needed
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary:
$190K–$210K (dependent on experience)Incentive plan: additional $58K–$63K (uncapped)Very generous equity / stock package Full expenses covered Comprehensive benefits package
