Universal Member Services Officer

Works at both Rome locations as needed as a Universal Member Services Officer. Responsible for providingexcellent member service and maintaining strong professional relationships. Assists members with new loans andproducts, open accounts, advises of the status of accounts, furnishes information on loans, products, fees andservices. Courteously and promptly resolves member questions and problems or properly refers them to appropriatepersonnel. May advise on more complex products.
