Apply for this role →Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) We are seeking a registered dental assistant to join our team to support one of LA's leading non-profit healthcare organizations. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced clinic setting with adults, focusing on dental assisting duties. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Start Date: ASAP (2-3 weeks from offer)
Location: South Central Los Angeles (Must be able to float between multiple sites)
Schedule
Days: Monday Saturday (2 Saturdays a month, with potential for more if needed)
Hours: 7am 7pm (8-hour shifts, typically 7:30am 5pm)
Floating Day Off: One day off during the week
Pay: $28-32/hrDuration: 12-month contract-to-hire (C2H)
Training: 2 weeks at the main site Population Served: Underserved community and geographic area Non-profit organization Current patient load: 8-10 per day, increasing to 16-20
Job Duties:
- Scheduling appointments
- Sterilizing instruments
- Rooming patients
- ChartingTaking X-rays
- Assisting during procedures (handing tools, no intraoral work)
- Typical RDA responsibilities
Requirements:
- BLS CertificationRDA Certification
- Additional certifications (preferred)

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $37.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
