HVAC Service Tech

Pay: We offer our HVAC Service Tech performance-based pay averaging$100,000–$175,000 per year.

YOUR ROLE: AS AN HVAC SERVICE TECH:In this position, you'll dispatch directly from home to residential service calls where you'll diagnose HVAC issues, complete efficient repairs, and document work accurately. You'll communicate solutions clearly to homeowners, identify preventative repair opportunities when appropriate, and maintain an organized truck and professional job site throughout the day. In order to do this, you'll need the following:2+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to diagnose and repair residential systems independently Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems EPA Certification At least three years of residential service experience, familiarity with Service Titan, strong customer communication and presentation skills, and confident independent diagnostics are preferred.
