Behavioral Health Technician The BHT will work directly with children and adolescents to help them develop communication, social, and life skills using behavior support plans designed by our clinical team.
What You'll Do:
- Implement individualized treatment plans created by our Behavior Analysts
- Use fun, engaging teaching moments to build skills across home, school, and community settings
- Collect daily data to track progress and celebrate every milestone
- Work hand-in-hand with families and clinicians to support consistency and growth
