Regional Manager – Banking & Community Growth

1 st MidAmerica is seeking a Regional Manager to direct the delivery of services to members through designated Branch Managers and operations staff, and to achieve organizational branch goals in Bethalto, IL with travel to other locations. This role requires strong leadership, customer service excellence, and the ability to build and expand member relationships while contributing to the community presence of the credit union across its branches.
