About the Role: This is a strategic product ownership role for a Salesforce expert who bridges business and technology — translating complex business needs into clear roadmaps, user stories, and platform decisions across the full Salesforce ecosystem. You own the product lifecycle end-to-end — from ideation through delivery and continuous optimization — and you drive measurable business outcomes through CRM adoption, automation, AI-powered features, and data-driven decision-making. Must-Have Skills 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience — configuration, automation (Flows, Process Builder, Apex fundamentals), and reporting Proven experience as Salesforce system owner or product manager across multiple modules Deep understanding across the full Salesforce ecosystem: Sales Cloud — lead, opportunity, and forecast managementCPQ — pricing, quoting, and order management Field Service (FSL) — work orders, scheduling, and resource optimization Data Cloud — data unification, enrichment, and segmentation Marketing Cloud — campaign automation, journey orchestration, and analytics Strong stakeholder management — translating business needs into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria across sales, marketing, operations, service, and finance Experience leading Salesforce implementations — features, testing, rollout, and change management Data governance and integration oversight — across Salesforce instances and connected systems Strong written and oral communication — presenting platform strategy and roadmap to C-suite and business leadership Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
What You'll Do: Own the full Salesforce product lifecycle — ideation, design, development, launch, and ongoing optimization Define and maintain a unified Salesforce roadmap aligned to enterprise objectives — customer acquisition, revenue growth, and operational efficiency Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technical delivery teams — internal and external Facilitate cross-functional prioritization sessions — aligning competing needs across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Service, and Finance Lead implementation, testing, and rollout of Salesforce features across all modules Define and track KPIs — CRM adoption, process automation, lead-to-cash efficiency, and service performance Identify automation and AI-driven opportunities — Einstein, Flow, Marketing Cloud Journeys, and Data Cloud Evaluate new Salesforce releases, App Exchange solutions, and integration opportunities Establish change management protocols, training, and documentation to drive adoption Partner with IT and infrastructure on data privacy and platform security compliance Leverage Claude and AI tools to accelerate roadmap documentation, user story generation, and stakeholder communications Tech Stack Salesforce (Sales Cloud / CPQ / FSL / Data Cloud / Marketing Cloud) · Salesforce Flow · Einstein AI · CRM Analytics · Mule Soft / Snap Logic / Informatica / Boomi · Jira · Confluence · Microsoft 365 Nice to Have Salesforce Certified Administrator, Product Owner, or Advanced Admin certification Experience with middleware integrations — Mule Soft, Snap Logic, Informatica, or Boomi Background in SaaS, manufacturing, or field services industries Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and Jira Success Metrics Increased Salesforce adoption and user engagement across all modules Improved sales productivity and quote-to-cash cycle times Enhanced customer insights through unified data and analytics Reduction in manual workflows through automation and AIPositive stakeholder and user feedback on system performance and usability Details
