Summary: Lead testing and quality assurance efforts for a cloud-based geospatial data lake and associated ingestion pipelines. Coordinate integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across APIs and GIS client interfaces. Validate data integrity and spatial accuracy using SQL while tracking defect lifecycles in Jira. Qualifications & Compensation:

Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Years of experience: 7+ years

Required Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Associate, ProServe Delivery Certified

Total Compensation: $382k+ yearly

Job Description: Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test cases, and traceability matrices across geospatial ingestion, transformation, storage, and API layers. Identify, triage, document, and resolve defects with development teams while reporting defect trends and release readiness to leadership. Plan, coordinate, and lead User Acceptance Testing events directly with stakeholders, serving as an end-user advocate. Validate geospatial data quality, coordinate reference systems, and REST data services for functionality, security controls, and performance. Maintain data dictionaries, user guides, release notes, and test reports to support accreditation and release approvals. Telework: This position supports a hybrid work arrangement with up to 30% telework permitted.
