You must hold a current, unrestricted State Licensure and have at least twelve (12) months, with no more than a 90-day career break. Requirements:
- Current ResumeState Licensure
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications2 Current Clinical References

- Respiratory Fit Test (Within 12 Months)
- Current - Tdap/Flu Vaccinations
