Our strong client relationships are based on excellent communication, expert skills, and a creative edge. Key Responsibilities:  The Project Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Valhalla, NY. This position oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from kickoff through Construction Administration. The Project Manager serves as the day-to-day contact for clients and the internal project team, helping ensure that project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and quality standards are maintained. Applicants must be comfortable with travel.·  Manage project delivery from survey and design through documentation, permitting, bidding, and Construction Administration, ensuring schedules, deliverables, budgets, and quality standards are maintained. Serve as the day-to-day client contact, coordinating meetings, communications, project expectations, and deliverables while escalating significant scope, fee, schedule, or technical issues to the Senior management.  ·  Coordinate Job Captains, Junior Production Staff, consultants, vendors, contractors, and other project team members to maintain project progress and effective communication. · Oversee the development and coordination of architectural documents, reviewing drawings, specifications, MEP and consultant documents, and field information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with client requirements and design intent. ·  Review project deliverables at key milestones, provide clear redlines and direction to production staff, and resolve coordination conflicts, omissions, and discrepancies prior to issuance. · Lead the resolution of technical and coordination issues, including research and evaluation of appropriate vendors, materials, products, and assemblies. · Maintain client requirements, brand standards, design intent, and technical quality throughout all phases of the project. · Coordinate the bidding process, including preparation of bid documents and schedules, bidder communications, clarifications, addenda, bid review, and contractor selection. ·  Manage Construction Administration activities, including site visits, field reviews, RFIs, submittals, samples, shop drawings, change orders, and construction-phase issue resolution, while monitoring progress and maintaining design intent. Conduct Site Visits. · Support proposals, scope development, and project pursuit activities as directed.·  Coordinate site surveys and existing-conditions documentation, identifying constraints, conflicts, and field conditions that may impact the project.
