Education/Experience Required:
- High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Two or more years of experience in the performance of EEG procedures OR the candidate is a graduate from an accredited program.
- Graduate from a Commission on Accreditation Allied Health Education Program (CAAHEP) accredited ENDT program or an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited college or university is desired.
- Certification/Licensures Required:
- Credentialed as a Registered Electroencephalography Technologist (R. EEG T.) or board eligible by the American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists (ABRET) standards.
- Current BLS certification.
- Candidate will be required to pass ABRET Registry board exams within 2 years of hire date.
