Senior Legal Counsel - California

Key responsibilities: Support complex and strategic transactions for data center procurement and customer agreements, facilitating negotiation to execution Advise on the legal and commercial structure of strategic partnerships involving various technology services Lead negotiations with sophisticated counterparties, including global technology companies and major enterprise customersRequired qualifications 7-10 years of post-qualification experience as a lawyer, preferably in-house in a technology or cloud-related environment Admission and good standing in at least one US jurisdiction Proven experience leading complex, high-value commercial transactions with sophisticated counterparties Strong technology transactions experience, with an understanding of commercial and technical models Experience working directly with C-suite executives and senior business leaders
