Senior Counsel: Strategic Commercial Transactions

Accuray Incorporated is seeking a Senior Counsel, Commercial Transactions to join the Legal team. This role partners with Sales and other business functions to structure, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements while managing risk. The Senior Counsel will also enhance contract processes, templates, negotiation playbooks, and training to drive efficiency and consistency across the organization.
