Apply for this role →JCW is working with a growing commercial bank in Connecticut on a hire for a Senior Payment Operations Analyst. This is a subject matter expert role sitting at the heart of the bank's electronic payments environment — owning wire, ACH, and FX processing, leading complex investigations, and playing a key role in audit readiness, compliance, and process improvement.
What you'll bring:
5+ years in payment operations within banking or financial services, including domestic, international, and FX wire processing Advanced knowledge of SWIFT, ACH, Fed Line, and wire transfer systems Strong understanding of BSA/AML, OFAC, KYC, and broader consumer regulations Experience with reconciliations, fraud and sanctions screening, and UAT for system enhancements Nacha AAP and/or APRP certification strongly preferred Bachelor's degree required If you're a payments specialist looking for a high-visibility role where you can make a real impact - please apply!
