Senior VP, Corporate Counsel – Hyperscale Data Centers

Fleet Data Centers is seeking a senior-level VP, Corporate Counsel to provide legal guidance for data center leasing transactions with hyperscalers and to support corporate governance matters. The role sits across Seattle or Denver with a fast-paced environment and high-impact responsibilities. You will lead drafting and negotiation of leases, MSAs, joint ventures, and related contracts; build scalable processes; manage outside counsel; and align legal with business strategy to drive execution.
