Mortgage Loss Mitigation Intake Specialist

Freedom Mortgage in the United States is seeking a Loss Mit Doc II to review loss mitigation intake for all workout types on all loan types and to assist with the inbox as needed depending on borrower activity. You will maintain documentation, upload to EDMS, issue missing items letters, and coordinate with Underwriting, Mediations, Litigation, Foreclosure and SPOC teams to keep files moving within required timelines.
