Billing Manager

What You'll Do: Lead, coach, and develop a team of medical billing specialists Manage claim submission, payment posting, claims edits, and AR follow-up Serve as the escalation point for complex commercial payer and denial issues Identify denial root causes and implement corrective action plans Monitor KPIs: clean claim rate, first-pass resolution, denial rate, AR aging, timely filing Improve reimbursement, lower AR, and reduce rework across commercial, employer-sponsored, and managed care plans.

Required Qualifications: 5+ years of medical billing / revenue cycle management experience 2+ years of team leadership experience in a billing or RCM setting Hands-on experience with eClinical Works (eCW) billing modules, work queues, reporting Strong background in commercial insurance billing, denials management, and appeals Experience with clearinghouse claim submission and rejections Proven ability to manage productivity, quality, and performance metrics
