Part-Time Rowing Assistant Coach - Inspiring Young Athletes

RowLA in Los Angeles is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Coach to support the Head Coach in developing young rowers and building a positive training culture. You will assist with daily practices, on-water coaching, erg sessions, and progress tracking, while prioritizing athlete safety, teamwork, and personal growth in a dynamic, supportive program. Experience at the high school/club level, strong communication, and current First Aid/CPR are expected, with afternoons, evenings, and some weekends
