Hybrid Major Gifts Manager Donor Growth

Partnership for Public Service in Washington, DC, seeks a Manager, Major Gifts to sustain and grow individual donor revenue. You will craft strategies to cultivate and secure gifts from $5,000 to $25,000, while researching and engaging new prospects and tracking progress toward fundraising goals. The role reports to the Director, Major Gifts and Individual Giving, and focuses on building relationships, planning cultivation events, and coordinating with leadership to advance the organization's
