Mobile Application Testing Lead / SME

Location: Chicago, IL Client: McDonald's

Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end testing for mobile applications and digital platforms. Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Develop and execute functional, regression, usability, and cross-platform test strategies. Manage test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting using JIRA, Zephyr, and Confluence. Coordinate testing activities across distributed teams and ensure timely delivery. Validate APIs, system integrations, and mobile/web application functionality. Drive quality improvements and participate in Agile ceremonies. Leverage test automation where appropriate.

Required Skills: Primary: Functional Testing Secondary: Mobile Application Testing, API Testing, and basic knowledge of Test Automation Strong experience with iOS/Android applications, manual testing, and exploratory testing.
