Apply for this role →We're hiring: Accounting Coordinator (Hybrid – San Francisco) Housable is a fast-growing startup focused on designing and developing infill housing projects across California. We're looking for someone with construction industry accounting or bookkeeping experience to join our team in a hybrid role split between remote and in-office work in San Francisco. This role will begin as a part-time position for approximately 3 months, with the expectation of growing into a full-time role.
Responsibilities:
Invoicing Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Bank Reconciliation Payroll Financial Reporting Lien Waivers Contract Administration Qualifications Accounting or finance degree, or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience in the construction industry Strong communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Enjoys building systems and processes Must be able to work in person from our San Francisco office If you think you are a good fit for this opportunity, please apply!
