Key Responsibilities: Drive complex infrastructure transactions from initial evaluation and structuring through diligence, execution, and close. Build and analyze sophisticated financial models and capital structures to evaluate projects and support investment decisions. Own client relationships and transaction workstreams, working directly with investors, developers, public-sector stakeholders, counsel, and other partners. Play a key role in building the platform, developing processes and workflows that improve how infrastructure transactions are evaluated, structured, and executed. Leverage cutting-edge AI and technology tools alongside the banking team to make the transaction process more efficient and fundamentally rethink how infrastructure finance is delivered. Operate with significant ownership and autonomy, helping shape deals, processes, and the direction of a rapidly growing business.

What We're Looking For: Senior Associate-level investment banker with strong infrastructure, power & utilities, energy transition, or project finance experience. Significant live transaction experience and exceptional financial modeling skills. Proven ability to manage clients, own workstreams, and independently drive transactions forward. High judgment, ownership, and autonomy in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. FINRA Series 63 and 79, or Series 7, strongly preferred.
