Your Role as a Home Health AideAs an HHA with Rockaway Home Care, you'll provide personalized care and support to clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your support helps our clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Your responsibilities may include: Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Helping with activities of daily living (ADLs) Assisting with mobility and transfers Preparing meals and assisting with mealtime routines Providing medication reminders as permitted Performing light housekeeping related to client care Providing companionship and emotional support Observing clients and reporting changes in condition Completing required care documentation Following the client's established plan of care
