Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with overtime opportunities and occasional Saturday work, especially toward the end of the month

Job Description:
A well-established employer in Burlington, NC, is seeking Assembly & Shipping Associates to support its assembly and shipping operations. In this role, you will assist with assembling products, preparing orders for shipment, and completing general warehouse duties. This is a hands-on position for candidates who can work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining quality and accuracy. This temporary-to-hire opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule with opportunities for overtime.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble products or components according to work instructions and quality expectations
- Prepare finished products and customer orders for packing and shipment
- Inspect materials and completed work for accuracy, quality, and damage
- Organize products, materials, and work areas to support efficient daily operations
- Follow established workplace procedures and safety guidelines
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to perform general assembly, packing, shipping, and warehouse-related duties
- Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PMAvailability for overtime and occasional Saturday work as business needs require
