Apply for this role →Owning the day-to-day accounting operations, the full-time Staff Accountant with CPA License will manage accounts payable, contribute to the month-end close process, and support compliance and tax functions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare and post journal entries, manage balance sheet reconciliations, and assist with month-end close deliverables
Oversee the entire accounts payable cycle, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and payment runs
Support US sales tax compliance and assist with external tax preparation and intercompany transaction recording
Required qualifications:
4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting or technology/SaaS environments
CPA License is required
Working knowledge of US GAAP and the accrual close cycle
Experience with ERP systems such as Net Suite or Quick Books
Ability to analyze large data sets using Excel or Sheets
