Design Engineer: Design System & Figma-to-Code

Cohere is seeking a Design Engineer to own and evolve Waypoint, our design system, bridging Figma and production code. You will own the Figma library, tokens, and tooling, while shipping components to npm and ensuring design/code stay in sync. You will collaborate with product designers and engineers to translate patterns into scalable system components, and shape workflows that connect design and code for an AI-ready architecture.
