This role manages options portfolios, executes market-making strategies, monitors risk, and ensures seamless coverage across global trading desks.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:• Trade and manage options portfolios during Asia market hours (Sunday through Thursday).• Monitor and adjust trading systems and risk controls in real time.• Coordinate handoffs between global trading teams.• Partner with technology teams to address operational and system issues.• Contribute to strategy enhancements and execution improvements outside of trading hours.𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:• 2+ years of options market making experience.• 1+ year of market making portfolio management experience.• Strong risk management and decision-making skills.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent trading environment.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:• S&P, Nasdaq, Russell, Metals, or VIX options market making.• Basic Python proficiency.
