Fleet Monitoring Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Monitor Driver Behavior: Use telematics software to track and assess driver behaviors, including speeding, harsh braking, distracted driving, and cell phone use. Immediate Driver Feedback: Respond to alerts by contacting drivers directly, providing real-time feedback to promote safe driving habits and address safety concerns. Data Analysis and Reporting: Record and analyze driver data to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement. Driver Support and Well-being: Prioritize driver safety and well-being by assessing alerts related to fatigue, vehicle health, and overall safety. Collaborate on Safety Initiatives: Work with the Fleet Safety Manager and team to implement continuous improvements and support safety initiatives across the organization.

Requirements: Experience in fleet management, transportation, or a related field is preferred.

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with drivers to provide constructive feedback. Attention to Detail: Keen observational skills to monitor alerts and accurately record data. Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of assessing situations quickly and determining appropriate responses.

Technical Skills: Comfortable using telematics software and other fleet management tools (training provided).Commitment to Safety: Passion for promoting safe driving practices and enhancing driver well-being.
