Dispatch Administrative

Responsibilities: • Data entry and maintaining accurate records• Answering and managing high-volume phone calls• Supporting dispatch and transportation operations• Assisting customers and responding to inquiries• Communicating effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and customers• Learning and utilizing our Transportation Management System (TMS)• Performing general administrative office duties• Working collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will:• Be a self-starter who can work independently• Be able to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing needs• Thrive in a team-oriented environment• Have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and professionalism• Maintain a positive attitude under pressure• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills• Be dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Transportation or dispatch experience is not required, but it is a plus and will be viewed favorably.
