Pay Range: $17 -$21.50 hourly on w2Work Location: Onsite (High Point, NC)

Responsibilities: Operators will support manufacturing and distribution operations for our world-class coating solutions. The High Point NC plant is looking for top-caliber, technically capable Plant Operators who are action oriented, can make quality decisions quickly and possess excellent trouble shooting skills. The successful candidate in an Operator position will be trained in all facets of production (pre-mixing and material loading for batches, filling product into shipping containers, distribution, testing, sampling, and cleaning) to learn these essential duties of the position. The incumbent must operate production equipment safely to ensure the highest quality and correct quantity in accordance with the production schedule, standard operating procedures and supervisory instructions. Position duties and responsibilities can change regularly based on business needs. Operators will understand the mechanics of how to operate various types of equipment with confidence. Types of equipment include but are not limited to; labeler, filler machines, air pumps, high speed dispersers, air mixers, and weight scales within the department. Solve routine problems associated with job responsibilities. Ensures the highest product quality possible while adhering to all safety, environmental and work rules.
