This is a hands-on leadership role with full ownership of spacecraft programs, from design through launch and on-orbit operations. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, define system architecture, and ensure mission success across rapid development cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end spacecraft delivery and on-orbit performance
Lead system architecture, integration, and technical budgets
Manage design, build, test, and launch activities
Build and lead a high-performing engineering team
Drive rapid prototyping and iterative development approaches
Conduct system trade studies and manage risk
Requirements:
10+ years in aerospace or satellite systems
Proven experience delivering small satellites to orbit
Strong background in spacecraft systems engineering and integration
Experience with environmental testing and launch operations
Leadership experience in fast-paced engineering environments
US citizenship, eligible for security clearance
