Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Customer service and/or sales experience preferred (we will train the right person) Coachable, goal-oriented, and comfortable asking for the business Willingness to obtain/maintain required insurance license(s) (we support training) Licensed (preferred) or able to obtain Vermont insurance license upon hire (required). LICENSING REQUIREMENT (PAID TRAINING/STUDY TIME): This role requires a Vermont Property & Casualty insurance license (and/or Life & Health, as applicable). If you're not currently licensed, we will provide paid study time and training after hire to help you pass the state exam.
