Conflicts & Ethics Attorney

FBT Gibbons LLP seeks a Conflicts Attorney to join its Office of Legal Affairs. The role involves identifying and resolving conflicts of interest in new engagements and hires, and providing ethics guidance across the firm. Strong analytical judgment and professional ethics are essential. You’ll work with attorneys and business colleagues across the firm to prepare ethical screens, waivers, and related disclosures, while supporting training and client intake processes.
