Apply for this role →Nursing Supervisor OpportunityHRI Hospital is seeking a skilled Nursing Supervisor for our full time overnight shift position. This is a 36 hour per week position working three (3) weekdays per week from 11pm - 7am and a rotating weekend shift requirement. One week is a 12 hour (7pm - 7am) Saturday shift and the other week is a 12 hour (7pm - 7am) Sunday Shift.
HRI Hospital is a 66-bed psychiatric facility with adult inpatient services and several partial hospitalization programs. Responsibilities:
Provide nursing leadership in managing the operations of the hospital
Collaborate with nursing management to provide clinical leadership as well as cohesive and consistent nursing plans for 24/7 operations
Manage staff and hospital census to ensure clinically sound care
Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
Provide milieu management
Qualifications:
Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License required
BSN required
Minimum of 1 year of managerial or supervisory nursing experience in an inpatient behavioral health facility required
