Financial Analyst

Role Description: This full-time remote Financial Analyst role supports Delta Millworks’ leadership team with data-driven insights and recommendations. The position is responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, reviewing financial statements, and monitoring key performance indicators. Day-to-day tasks include financial planning and forecasting, budgeting support, variance analysis, and cost analysis related to manufacturing and operations. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate pricing, margins, and capital investments, and will contribute to process improvements in financial reporting and decision-making. This role also assists with ad hoc analyses and prepares clear presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications: Strong foundation in Finance with experience in Financial Planning and budgeting. Advanced Analytical Skills for forecasting, variance analysis, and decision support. Proficiency in working with Financial Statements and understanding of financial controls. Experience with Financial Reporting, including management reports and dashboards. Relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with accounting or ERP systems is beneficial. Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial partners. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setting. Experience in manufacturing, construction, or building materials industries is a plus.
