Senior Robotics Firmware Engineer — Real-Time Motor Control

Dexmate Inc. is seeking a Senior Firmware Engineer to own the low-level firmware stack powering our general-purpose robots. You will architect, implement, test, and release production firmware for actuator controllers, sensing systems, power electronics, and real-time communication devices. This hands-on role spans MCU selection, board bring-up, BSP and driver development, and real-time control. You’ll collaborate with electrical, mechanical, controls, and software engineers to scale prototypes
