Talent Acquisition Partner

THE ROLE: We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Las Vegas team and help us grow August Robotics globally. You'll have a strong focus on go-to-market hiring across sales, strategy, and customer-facing roles, while also supporting robotics, operations, and G&A hiring across the US, Europe, Australia, and Asia. You'll work closely with HR and hiring managers to understand what they need, find great candidates, and develop recruiting strategies for harder-to-fill roles.

Core responsibilities include: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and hiring. Proactively identify and engage candidates through Linked In, referrals, professional networks, and creative sourcing strategies. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop a recruiting approach for each search. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Recruit across multiple international markets and work with hiring managers around the world. Share market insights on talent availability, compensation, and candidate expectations to help inform hiring decisions. Look at what's working and what's not in a search and recommend changes to improve results. Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Help improve our recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience as we grow.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: A strong full-cycle recruiter who enjoys being hands-on with sourcing and candidate engagement. Someone who can think beyond the requisition and bring ideas when a search isn't producing the right candidates. Strong experience finding and engaging passive talent. Comfortable working across different roles, functions, and markets. Able to move quickly and stay organized when hiring priorities change. A collaborative approach to working with HR and hiring managers. Someone who enjoys working in a growing company where processes are still evolving. YOU MUST HAVE5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience recruiting go-to-market talent, particularly across sales and other customer-facing roles. Experience recruiting in a startup, high-growth technology company, or similarly fast-paced environment. Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive candidates. Experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work on-site at our Las Vegas office.
