Director of Restaurants & Bars: Luxury F&B Leader

Paycom - ATS in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Director of Restaurants & Bars to lead all food and beverage outlets—restaurants, lounges, bars, and in-room dining—driving profitability and delivering a consistently high guest experience. You will set service standards, develop a multi-level leadership team, partner with Culinary on menus and pricing, and manage budgets while ensuring compliance with liquor laws and health codes. A luxury hospitality background is preferred.
