Remote Optimization Lead - Performance & CRO

Launch Potato is seeking a CRO and Performance Marketing specialist to lead high-impact landing page and funnel tests across multi-channel campaigns. You will implement, QA, and report on optimizations end-to-end, balancing internal and external KPIs with a data-driven mindset. You’ll collaborate with Copy, Design, and Media teams to drive revenue growth, own outcomes, and iterate quickly in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
