Devoted Health is seeking a Pharmacy Guide to drive high-volume member outreach and enrollment, helping members stay adherent to medications and access support programs. You’ll build trust quickly, listen deeply, and tailor conversations to each member's needs in a fast-paced environment. You’ll collaborate with pharmacy teams, clinicians and financial assistance programs, navigate barriers, and document all interactions while meeting performance demands.
